Know what went in every tank, every day.

Tank Tracker replaces the paper fill log at the dock. Your crew logs each fill on a shared iPad, the mix math is done for them, and you get product use and chemical cost per truck without chasing anyone.

Concentrate amounts come from your mix rates. Cost is locked in at fill time, so history never gets repriced.

The clipboard at the dock can't answer the questions that cost you money.

A paper fill log tells you a truck was filled. It doesn't tell you much else.

  • Which mix went in truck 7 last Tuesday?

Handwriting, a wet page, or a blank line. You're guessing, and so is the tech who filled it.

  • Was the ratio right, or eyeballed?

A half-full tank topped up "the usual amount" is a wrong rate. Every time. Nobody notices until a lawn does.

  • What does chemical actually cost per truck?

You know what you bought this season. You don't know which trucks are burning through it, or why.

  • When something goes wrong, what's the record?

A customer calls about damage. You need who filled that tank, with what, at what rate, and when. The log doesn't have it.

Three steps, and the log keeps itself.

  1. Set up your fleet and your mixes

Add trucks and tank sizes, your products, and the mix rates you actually run. The guided setup takes about 10 minutes, and a lawn care starter template gets you most of the way there.

  2. Crew logs fills on the dock iPad

Pick the truck, read the dipstick, pick the mix. Tank Tracker calculates how much of each concentrate goes in. It works offline and syncs when the dock has signal again.

  3. Reports and costs roll up on their own

Daily, weekly and monthly totals by truck, product and mix, with charts and CSV export. Fleet status shows what's in every tank right now and who put it there.

What's in the box.

Everything a spray fleet needs to run the dock, and nothing built for a demo.

  • Dipstick-based fill logging

Enter each tank's volume in gallons. The crew reads the dipstick before each fill and the after-fill volume is calculated, so partial fills are logged accurately.

  • Mix math done per fill

Define products and tank mixes once. Every fill shows the exact concentrate amounts for the water that went in.

  • Cost captured at fill time

Material cost is recorded when the fill happens. Change a product price later and your history stays true.

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports

Product use and cost by truck, mix and period, with charts. Export fills and daily summaries to CSV from History or Settings → Data for your accountant or agronomist.

  • Fleet status at a glance

Capacity, what's in each tank right now, and who logged it. Useful at 6 am, and useful when a customer calls.

  • Read-only tech page

A read-only fleet page for technicians: what's in every truck's tanks and which mix, from a link or a QR code. No login to manage, nothing they can change.

  • Voids with a reason

Mistakes get voided, not deleted. Voids require a reason and stay in history.

  • Your own workspace and team

Your company lives at its own address, yourcompany.tanktracker.ca. Invite managers by email; crews use the shared iPad without accounts.

  • Works offline on the dock iPad

Built as an installable web app for a shared iPad. Fills queue up without signal and sync when it returns.

Built at the fill dock, not in a software company.

Tank Tracker started as the tool Frechette Lawncare, a lawn care company in Canada, built to run its own 20-truck spray fleet. The paper log wasn't cutting it: mix ratios drifted, chemical costs were a season-end surprise, and when a customer called about a lawn there was no record worth standing behind.

So we built the thing we needed. It has run our dock every spray day since, on a shared iPad, with the same crew that used to fill out the clipboard. Now other fleets can use it too.

  • 20 trucksthe fleet it was built for and still runs every day
  • One iPad at the dockshared by the whole crew, no per-person logins to babysit
  • Every fill, every daywho, what, how much, and what it cost, kept for as long as you need it

Questions owners ask before they switch.

Does it work without Wi-Fi at the dock?

Yes. Tank Tracker is an offline-first web app. Fills are saved on the iPad the moment they're logged and sync to your workspace when there's a connection again. Reports are built from what has synced.

Do I need to buy special hardware?

No. It was built for a shared iPad mounted at the fill dock, but it runs in any modern browser on a tablet, phone or laptop. Add it to the iPad's home screen and it opens like an app.

How many trucks can it handle?

There's no truck limit in the software. Tank Tracker was built for, and runs, a 20-truck fleet, and works just as well with two. Trucks, tanks, products and mixes are all included in the plan.

Can I get my data out?

Export fills, tank reports and daily summaries to CSV from History or Settings → Data, any time. Because material cost is captured on each fill, your export shows what things cost when they happened, not today's prices.

How does billing work? How do I cancel?

You pay for your first month by card when you create your workspace, then monthly after that. Billing is handled by Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing in the app; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and your data stays exportable. If Tank Tracker isn't right for you, email hello@tanktracker.ca within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Can I try it before I pay?

There's no free period. You pay for your first month when you create your workspace, and the workspace exists the moment the payment goes through. In its place there's a 30-day money-back guarantee: email hello@tanktracker.ca within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Is our data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Each company gets its own workspace at its own address, and every record is scoped to that workspace. Sessions only work on your address, and the iPad's offline storage is isolated per workspace by the browser itself. Voids require a reason and stay in history. Your data is hosted in the United States (US East); the details are in our Privacy Policy.

Put the clipboard down before the next spray day.

Set up your fleet tonight, hand the iPad to the crew in the morning.
